My name is Marina. I the young, romantic woman. I want to get acquainted with clever and kind the man to connect our destinies. I hope to find the real, pure love. I hope to have pleasant acquaintance.
Practically unwatchable, I can't imagine making it through the second half of this movie again. BUT a few moments of brilliance -- plus the amazing two-scene role played by Ray Walston -- elevate this just slightly so that it is not the absolute worst movie Altman ever made (which was 'Beyond Therapy').
Still kind of a waste, but, man, that Walston stuff is gold.
