Alien is one of the best horror movies ever made. For being made in 1979, it still holds up well today. From the beginning, the setting is atmospheric. The acting is the best. The special effects are entirely practical, which is the best in horror movies. The titular creature os scary and menacing. Although the beginning is rather slow, the thrills don't stop when the scares do. You must see this movie
At first, I thought this would be average. But the suspense sells the movie. The acting is a mix of good and average because of the plot (which is still very good). The ending is phenomenal. If you don't see this in theaters, wait for DVD.
I can't give it a four because of the lack of scary things.
Japanese horror consists of weird photo and video, creepy women with long hair, cool story, good acting, IT'S SCARY
This had the cool story, and relatively good acting. But not much scary happened other than J-horror cliches, and even that wasn't that good.
Ok for one watch.
