Watching movies is possibly one of my biggest hobbies. In fact, I'd happily turn it into a career, watching movies every day. However, I think I might become a writer or even and editor.
You said to blab, so I did.
I mean it.
God...everyone's a critic.
All I can say is that I am happy that they went to computer animation because it seemed to do the world of Dr. Suess to justice. Everything just pops out, the way it's supposed to. (However, the other Dr. Suess movie made recently, The Grinch, was possibly the second best.)
There were some changes made to the story, but they seemed to work out well enough. However, the brief moment of random anime was way too awkward. But it is a kids movie, and the BEST one I have seen in a long time without so many adult jokes. So, my inner child was greatly satisfied. And one can see the inner morals to the story too, like faith and politics. It's really cool.
I was glad that Jim Carrey and Steve Carell worked together again! They are hilarious!
And as for Katie...I need an old priest and a young priest! MAY THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPEL YOU!! She was funny though.
