Used the film "The Secret World of Arrietty" as an example of downright thievery to my children. Borrowers returns things... I dont care how little you are. Heh. It was actually really cute... even though most of it didn't make sense, and they stole a lot.
II thought this was going to be another "Liar Liar" and resisted seeing it. It took me getting sick and loosing the remote to watch it. It was actually funny. Something I wasn't expecting. I was all alone and laughing out loud. Then I thought about it later and laughed out loud. I may have been alone then too, I can't remember... anyways. Yeah. And who doesn't love Rhys Darby? He's awesome.
What is wrong with me? Everyone I know adores this movie, I however, cannot get into it. I put it on and loose interest quickly. I have tried watching it about 3 or 4 times. Maybe the 5th time is the charm.
I wish I could write out a gagging sound to describe how I feel about this movie. Bleghagh. Kind of... I only rented this because I love Liam Neeson. But the movie was utter crap. I strongly feel that no one, no matter what their mental defect, could enjoy this boring, drawn out, suckfest. Don't seeeee it. Ever.
