Księstwo (Heritage)

"Since he was a kid, Zbyszek's father, a self-taught philosopher, has been encouraging him to escape from the crippling conditions in the village and strive to attain some kind of harmony. Zbyszek, however, fails: he's expelled from law school in the city, and there is no money to be had; his mother has trouble enough paying his father's debts after the old man drowns his ideals in alcohol." - kviff.com

Pankot ne e mrtov (Punk's Not Dead)

"Mirsa is the former singer in what was once the most popular punk band in Macedonia, but it broke up years ago. He's now forty, still living with his mother, and he occasionally sells drugs for Albanian dealer Gzim. Then one day Gzim comes up with an idea: Mirsa ought to get his band back together so they can perform at a benefit concert in Debar. Mirsa has to locate and convince all the former band members, some of whom left Macedonia after the break-up of Yugoslavia, to perform together once again in concert. On a minimum budget, director and screenwriter Vladimir Blazevski has turned in a punchy independent road movie about people for whom punk isn't just music, it's their whole life." - kviff.com

Pora Umierać (Time to Die)

"Aniela, is as much a sprightly, unyielding relic of the past as the big dacha-style house surrounded by tall trees in which she lives alone with her impetuous dog, Philadelphia. Across the way, she disapprovingly observes a boorish fat nouveau-riche man in a big new house, and over in a corner, a shabbier building occupied by a struggling music school. When her nouveau-riche neighbors, aided by her cold-hearted son conspire to gain her property, she finds a way to outsmart them." - IMDB

I love watching movies, especially psychological horrors but as long as the movie is good the genre doesn't really matter. I also like reading books, listening to music, playing computer games and editing images. ---------------------------------------------- This is my interpretation of the stars rating: 5 Perfect. 4,5 Excellent. 4 Very Good. 3,5 Good. 3 Decent. 2,5 Okey. 2 Mostly bad 1,5 Very bad 1 Extremely bad. 0,5 There are no words to describe how bad this is. When reviewing I might give the movie a rating between 1 - 10 since I'm more used to this system and I like it better. I try and look up reviews for a movie before deciding wether to see it or not, if the majority of critics dislike it I skip it. That is why my average movie rating is as high as 3,5 stars. I don't hand out 9's and 10's unless the movie really is something special. Finally, dubbing sucks. Use subtitles. You'll thank me later.
