Confessions (Kokuhaku) (2010)

What's most frustrating, aside from the horribly inappropriate visual excess and the dreadfully intrusive soundtrack, is that there are a few moments, particularly in the film's last moments, that it almost rises to the level of quality and depth the film clearly assumes it already has.
