    Blade Runner (1982)

Blade Runner is one of the best sci-fi movies I've seen. It was so revolutionary for its time, back in 1982. The special effects were so incredible, and just the setting of Los Angeles in 2019 was amazing to look at! Blade Runner by no means is an action flick. It is filled with noir style and suspense. The cast was great, Harrison Ford, Sean Young, and Rutger Haur being the most notable performances. The few action sequences that came along were very well choreographed too. The soundtrack music varied between very futuristic, jazzy, and techno, which was very well composed and really matched the mood of the film. I also admired the strangeness that surrounded some parts of the film, though some parts struck as awkwardly strange. Nevertheless, none of those minor things can bring down what is such a great masterpiece of sci-fi cinema...
