This film surprised me, I was expecting utter crap but It was quite good. The Rock is casted perfectly and his supporting cast is quite good and likeable as well. What I liked most about this film is that is strayed away from the relm of fantasty in which 300 stepped in and more into a realistic image of who Hercules was. The story was fun, however it seemed to be a bit rushed and sudden in the end in order to meet a rather short run time, which was in my opinion the film's biggest falt. Apart from that this is a very enjoyable movie which just enough humor, action, and story to keep you going. I hope they make a sequel.
22 Jump Street is a classic case of not fixing what isn't broken. The film uses the same formula as the first and even points to it in the film, however the jokes and chemistry of Hill and Channing are enough to make the formula a sucess again. My few issues with the film are that of the fact the film makers never really stepped into new territory which made the film quite predictable and the ending seemed rushed and a tad bit unsatisfying. Other then that if you enjoyed the first you will enjoy this one, its a fun ride however it is safe to say It is no where as near as good or as original as the first.
The Transformer series displays what is its worst film in the series as well as one of the worst films in cinema history. Where did this film go so wrong? Well first off the story is complete and utter crap, scattershot and without direction. The characters are about as likeable and useless as a caviar, leave it to Michael Bay to not give two shits about the story or the characters and focus only on the films visual effects. Mark Wahlberg is only in the film because Bay needed a well known and likable actor to replace the hated Shia Labeouf and draw in audiences. All Mark Wahlberg does is all that Bay needs from anyone in a Transformer movie, look good and blow shit up. I would stop watching these films but I feel its my duty as a film goer to warn people of the shit Bay displays in his ego flattering Transformer series.
This film is just extreamly bad I mean the diolouge and script is just some of the worst of all time! I mean this film just didnt even try Its a bunch of sick kid humor and dumb sayings on posters such as "They are going to save the world...As long as they are home for dinner" That is a terrible saying this film had a good idea for a story but that went in the garbage along with the acting let me make this clear if you like good movies dont watch this film I mean look at what the critics said they are big time movie people and this has to be one of the lowest rated films of all time on Rotton Tomatoes Spoofs have higher critic rating then this and that says a lot so I would not suggest this film cause it is not worthy
