While young Wallis did a fine job of acting, I found the film as a whole to be boring.

Overall an excellent film. Denzel is Oscar-worthy, although the film itself is not. A good story, well directed, with a somewhat unexpected ending. The downside? Waaay to much drinking and drug use, plus almost continuous smoking. Kelly Reilly's performance is definitely worth an Oscar nod. Also, John Goodman owns every scene he's in.

Great action with plenty of laughs, then gets serious and sad. Also, has more profanity than Pulp Fiction. Overall, a fine film.

The dialog is surprisingly witty, but the ridiculous car chases were a downer.

It's sick, with horribly done bloody makeup, unrealistic violence and a story where you care nothing about anyone. If that's your bag, go see this movie.
