Oz the Great and Powerful

This is one film I REALLY hope is going to be at least watchable and not a total slap in the face to the fans of the original. Oz is such a careful territory due to the sheer magnitude of the 1939 film, and for someone like Raimi to come along and do a quasi-prequel sounds really crazy. I'm just hoping it works even slightly. The trailers looked promising, but let's wait until the final product arrives.
