Not into the story of Hunger Games. I do understand the idea of this movie (a sick authority pushing their citizens to the limits), but a culture killing children for fun with smiles on their faces? Eh, too far-fetched for me. I know cultures CAN be this way, but for an author to create this world, it just seems very odd and unwatchable. I'm sure the storyline is excellent, but I'll have to pass.
Not my type of genre, but it felt like most action dramas and because of that, it just wasn't memorable. I do rate it higher, though, because the acting well done by Liam Neeson (and supporting cast did pretty well too in their limited times).
The absolute best superhero movie ever with a fantastic blend of action, comedy, ingeniousness, and multiple fight and feel-good moments at once. You know it's good when you can feel for the characters. An absolute must-watch.
