Born in the wastes of a post-apocalyptic devastation; Joel had to build his way up from a lowly scavenger to a notorious hit squad commander. Assisted by developing mafia boss Stan Hawkins, Joel is constantly on the hunt for the truth behind his parents disappearance into the eternal deserts of despair.
An utterly watchable horror which exceeds really due to its superb use of practical effects and creation of atmosphere, able to satisfy gore hounds and fans of horror both older and new however those dedicated to of the classic like myself will easily realise that apart from the visual trickery and eerie fog effects theres really nothing memorable or worthwhile going on here.
A film where every shot, every sound, action, spoken word and character moment despite the best efforts of the cast is uninspired, cliched and generic beyond understanding. Yet viewing with a couple of friends after a drink or two will provide some humour in the vein of "I cant believe they were stupid enough to do that." comedy.
