Much better than I was expecting - an interesting new twist on a well worn story. The cast were all spot on (except for Michelle Williams who was not good, though I don't think her poorly written lines helped her much), and the effects made for a really enjoyable viewing. It was just a bit long.
Very good first and second act, but the third act was terrible - felt like they got bored of writing it and just taped on this apology at the end. Real shame because the acting was top notch, and it was developing into an interesting film.
A perfectly enjoyable (if entirely predictable) survival thriller. I'm surprised by the amount of negative views on this - it wasn't the best film of recent times, but it's a long long way from being the worst. Jaden Smith showed that there is some raw talent in there and given the right direction to mature, I'm sure he'll be a fine actor one day.
