NFL Draft: Houston Texans draft Mario Williams

Houston Texans just signed an agreement with Mario Williams. This means Reggie Bush will not be the number 1 draft pick.

I was shocked. I don't know who's going to take Reggie Bush now.

Well, New Orleans was wanting to trade out of #2 to begin with, and never got a suitor, and they have the Deuce anyways.

Let the fun begin.

Jets will trade their 2 #1's and a 4 and move to two to get Bush.

ESPN is saying the New Orleans have no interest in getting Reggie Bush. No surprise there though.

Houston is retarded. If I'm a Texan fan, I'm rioting first they shy away from the instant marketing boom by going with Carr instead of drafting Young under the condition that Bush being the Ulimate Weapon was to be drafted only to go for the sign for less money DE in Mario Williams.

Texans are head for another decade of 4-12 records

If your a kin of a GM that has a draft pick in the top ten you might have a new last name sometime with the next 14 hours.

FUCK yes. the texans don't need a QB or a RB they need a fucking offensive line. and then they'd actually be pretty decent.

Texans are stupid as fcuk for this

First they didn't want to take a QB because taking Bush would ease Carr's play

Now they are sidled with only Carr & no one else in the backfield

What's the point of even trying

Some team will trade up to #2

Reggie Bush averaged 8.9 yards per carry this past season. 8.9 yards per carry.

The thinking is perhaps that in 5yrs, his size might limit his number of carries per game.

I fear that the underachieving Williams will be the next Coryatt. Or Wilkinson. Or Mike Williams. Those clusterflorks at Reliant have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

I am going throw up in my mouth right now and rinse the bile out sometime around 5:30 tomorrow afternoon, when the Texans are ready to waste another high pick.

Courtney.

Brown.

Houston deserves more sports uncertainty, they're the worst sports city in America other than Buffalo

there is more than one round in the draft.

and if Domanick Davis hadn't of been hurt last season he would have gotten his third 1000 yard season in a row and he was still 24 yards away from that in only 11 games played.

That's bad thinking. Barry Sanders would've had a long career if he hadn't called it quits.

And it's typically the big, bruising backs, the ones that steer themselves into collisions, that tend to have the shorter careers.

I agree, he seems too small to be an all-time great back, at least IMO.

So why not draft D'Brickshaw Ferguosen. Dominick Davis will always be a midrange back, not good enough for the elite but no Micheal Bennet ****ty either.
