In the romantic comedy I Met Him in Paris (1937), Curci -- the very picture of a proper waiter -- has a memorable encounter with Claudette Colbert's New York fashion designer. Curci: "You have the ask to wish for you me pleasure?" Colbert: "I have the ask to wish for you me pleasure?" Curci: "Yes! I am the waiter speaking who American. Okey dokey?"
