George Holmes worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Holmes's career in acting began with his roles in various films like "The Home Stretch" (1921), "It Happened in Flatbush" (1942) and "Crash Dive" (1943) with Tyrone Power. He also appeared in "Roger Touhy, Gangster" (1944) and "Dark Alibi" (1946). In the eighties, Holmes devoted his time to various credits, such as "Final Jeopardy" (NBC, 1985-86), "Insignificance" (1985) starring Gary Busey and "Weekend War" (ABC, 1987-88). He also worked on "Where the Hell's That Gold?!" (CBS, 1988-89).
