Penny Brown was an actress who founded her entertainment career success with roles in film. Brown started off her career in film with roles in the drama "Chappaqua" (1966) with Conrad Rooks, the mystery thriller "Una Lucertola con la Pelle di Donna" (1971) with Florinda Bolkan and "Rome, 2072 A.D. - The New Gladiators" (1983) with Jared Martin. Brown also appeared in "The Fifth Missile" (NBC, 1985-86), "Windrider" (1987) starring Tom Burlinson and "The Last Temptation of Christ" (1988) starring Willem Dafoe. She also worked on "Once Upon A Crime" with John Candy (1992) and "Babe 2: Pig in the City" (1998). More recently, Brown worked on "Love Is Strange" (Lifetime, 1998-99).
