Actress Phyllis Franklin was most recognized for her roles in television. Franklin marked her early career with roles in "Murder, She Wrote" (1984-1996), the comedy "Private Resort" (1985) with Rob Morrow and the comedic drama "Dutch" (1991) with Ed O'Neill. Later, she acted in "Picket Fences" (1992-96), "The X-Files" (Fox, 1993-2002) and "Man of the Year" (1996) with Dirk Shafer. She also appeared in "Moloney" (1996-97), "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" (1996-2003) and "GvsE" (USA, 1999-2000). More recently, Franklin acted in the Samantha Morton dramatic comedy "Expired" (2008).
