Ryan earned his B.A. in English Language and Literature with a minor in Film from the University of Maryland, College Park. While attending Ryan was also heavily involved in the theatre program where he spent all of his free time writing and directing plays. After graduating he moved to Los Angeles, California where he studied acting at the Stella Adler Conservatory. Ryan is currently living in Nashville where he is earning his Post Graduate degree in Directing from Watkins College of Art and Design. Ryan has worked on many student films as well as commercial productions and has the experience and touts his knowledge in every aspect of filmmaking from preproduction to postproduction. Living in Europe for 5 years and having the opportunity to travel the world has allowed Ryan many cultural experiences that have influenced his works as a filmmaker. Aspiring to be self employed and having full creative control over his work, Ryan started his own production company. Continually working to fulfill his childhood dream, Ryan strives to create unique films that influence people and offer them a unique experience and new perspective that stays with them well after the film is over.
