Movie Info

The story of St. Juan Diego's vision of the Virgin Mary serves as inspiration for this religious drama from Mexican director Santiago Parra. Set in modern times, the film follows an eclectic and unconnected group of believers as they are brought together by their common interest in the miracle.

Audience Reviews for Guadalupe

A misguided attempt failed but did not put the story of the Virgin of Guadalupe to a story a little more modern.

Much of the movie is in the Aztec language Nahuatl which was very well done, however the subplots were not very interesting nor easy to follow.
