*yawn* Another mumblecore film; the proliferation of inexpensive digital filmmaking has brought us many. While this one is better than a few, it's not by much. It lacks an interesting plot, intelligent dialogue, and smooth tripod shots; difficult to find in these kind of films.
The critics gushed with admiration for this personal examination of a relationship; if you can stand the rambling sentiments of the two star-directors, then this movie is for you.
Mumblecore is a terrible genre.
Genuine, but a lot less said than his other talkies.
Some nice moments, but could have maybe used a third act.
An indie drama about a couple in long distance relationship. The setting is bare-bones and dialogue is seemingly improvised (some conversations are mind-numbing), but I found the movie interesting and very realistic.
It's a polarizer. This movie is a good time if you like documentary-looking love story

The movie resembles the fragmented nature of long-distance love perfectly. Its awkward, heartfelt, and entirely real. You feel the struggle in each scene alongside the care the character have for each other. It is hard to watch at points, but only because it gets its point across so well
Hated the movie, moves at snails pace, their lives difficult to decipher. only thing i could understand in the end that they are far from being a couple. bad film do not watch it
