It is a standard style of nature documentary with gorgeous cinematography, music and a good message.

There's surprisingly small amount of eco finger-wagging and a touch too many suspicious reaction shots... but Oceans is marvellously, fantastically shot (very little blood, parents) and foleyed, heavy-handed soundtrack aside.

By mixing the fake with the genuine, however well-meaning their intentions, they've shot themselves in the foot; I left the cinema feeling as though I'd been taken for a ride.

Could the script have been less informative? Could it have been more soporifically read than Pierce Brosnan's rendition? I don't think so.
