Andy Kaufman biopic is hollow, even with Jim Carrey's chameleonlike performance.

Ultimately disappoints because it doesn't share its subject's sense of the outrageous.

This is less a story than a series of exhibits.

All the audience is left with is the impression of a thoroughly obnoxious man you'd never want to meet in real life.

On the big screen, it really isn't worth it, unless you truly like the Jim Carrey, who should definitely get an Oscar nod for his performance, or just want to see Andy's performances all over again.
