The cars in this movie were the stars and quite memorable, but the rest was a miss.
A fun action movie. Beats fast and the furious.
Starring Nicholas Cage, Angelina Jolie and a host of other punts Gone in sixty seconds is exhilarating- but for only about 15 minutes. A car chase has to be really something if wants to impact the audience(think Bullit, To live and die in LA) and when the whole premise of a film is based on car chases that is bound to disappoint even if it were directed by a top filmmaker. Gone In 60 Seconds has a slick look but no soul. The characters are paper thin and tearing at the edges, the actors do little more than recite their lines, and the numerous action sequences are aimed squarely at teenage boys. One wonders if car crashes and explosions have replaced the sight of naked women in the average 13-year old male's wet dreams. Gone In 60 Seconds delivers what it advertises - lots of cars (they easily upstage the actors), a souped-up music score, slick production values, and a fair number of generic action sequences. Everything is overdone to the point of being ludicrous. (Watch it for cars and explosions and leave the thinking button off).
I LOVE this movie.. There was tons of chemistry between Angelina Jolie and Nicholas Cage, I'm surprised they didn't hook up!!
forget the haters it is a nice nicholas cage movie <3
Didn't care so much for this one
So many people like this movie! Understandably so. It's got one heck of a likeable cast as only Bruckheimer can pull together, and a bunch of cool cars. It's a Michael Bay movie without Michael Bay. Which is what surprisingly hurts it. Still, a fun popcorn movie for the Fast & Furious crowd.
60 seconds is one of the best CARS MOVIE
nicolage cage , angelina jolie and robert duval, are the best actors in holliwood
the family is the principal atraction because the fisrt actor RANDALL MEMPHIS ( nicolage cage) go back after the jail and hes brother have a many problems with the boss
the principal plot is esteal 50 luxurys cars so is to interesting how esteal the cars and helping hes brothers is one movie to think the family is firts and the love is the best because Randall Memphis fell in love with sara
i think is the best movie than rápido y furioso because is the real life no xplosion , no especial effects no nothing of this thing this movie have only the real life esteal , bad people , family , guns , cars.
You gotta be pretty joyless to not find something to like.
It's a very good movie a lot of action romance and good acting there's a lot of good scenes and good actors in it it is a must watch I love it every time it comes on I watch it
