Quoted: "11.6" is a deceptive movie with a promising story but awful screenplay. François Cluzet is a great actor but his character is not well developed. All the operation is only to pay his boss back for his mistreatment?
I can't say this is the most exciting of heist films, or even the most clever, but there is a great realistic tone to it and the film builds nicely throughout
D'apres une histoire vraie, as they say... disgruntled security van driver engineers a brilliant heist to embarrass his lax and inconsiderate employers, eventually turning himself in. 2.5 of the 11.6 million euros went unaccounted for. (They still are. He says someone else pinched them. He's out of prison in 2015.) Intriguing, involving and superbly made caper movie with the usual compelling portrayal by the brilliant Cluzet.
Cluzet is rapidly becoming one of my favourite actors but despite a strong performance the pace of the story ultimately fails this true story film
Fantastic Cluzet and great music.
Very clever and cool heist Francois Cluzet plays it cool a story that keeps you guessing even past the end!
A voir.
Dull Dull Dull. Had high hopes for Francois Cluzet so really disappointed.
Such a promising story executed with a lack of heart
Good first film. Sober and humbly directed.
