This film's premise alone allowed it to achieve such grand extremes with its ideas; and it took that opportunity. It creatively explores the concept of food weather to paint unique and very entertaining set pieces. All of the characters are charming and memorable in their own ways; and the film's animation style and sense of humor charm as well. It's a delightful, endearing flick with a unique kind of chaos not found watching any other movie.

Quirky characters, humor both childish and mature, and a solid animation makes this a hilarious and emotional story appropriate for all ages.

Hubby and Wife both enjoyed 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' to varying degrees. There's enough here to keep both kids and adults satisfied. Some cute jokes and sight gags could make this fun on a rewatch. This movie has energy and it sends that into the audience. Hubby: 7.6/Wife: 9.0 Average: 8.3/10

It was a fun family comedy. It is sometimes very hated in the audience and fandom of animated movies. It was funny, charming and very unique.

This is Sony Animation's second-best movie behind Spider-Verse. It is so colorful, corny, funny and entertaining. Also, it has a really underrated score that doesn't get enough credit. Super fun to watch.

A fun enough children’s film. But really that’s all it is. Offering little to nothing for the adult who watches it with their young one. Stark animation and living storytelling techniques is perhaps the only thing that will save you from pure ridiculousness and boredom.

In theory, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs would have failed big time. However, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller worked hard to bring an adaptation of a children's book into the big screen. And they did it well. I love the voice performances of Bill Hader, Anna Faris, James Cann, Andy Samberg, Benjamin Bratt, and Mr. T. I also enjoyed the humor, the animation, and the story. Overall, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs had served me well with a stack of fries.
