So here is another bad virus movie. The only thing original are some of the symptoms. But that's about it. Wasn't really all that great. In fact, it really sucked. This was a bad movie for Chris Pine.

Not that bad for a B movie.

Really ambitious. And actually pulls off a slightly more humanistic take on the post-apocalyptic genre. Even Piper Perabo is decent in this. I never thought I'd say that.

A very smart and well-written small-budget movie that tackles the issue of the very fashionable end-of-the world theme in a differtent angle. The carriers are not running zombies and hte human factor is really put forward. A very good surprise for a chartacter-driven story, which is quite rare in these sort of films.

Carrieris not your usual zombie movie, even though it's marketed as one. Carriers focuses on friendship and how far would you go to survive. It's awesome to see a "thriller" that focuses more on humanity, relationship and feelings rather than chasing zombie. Btw, Chris Pine is yummy as usual :=)

I actually enjoyed this movie but I didnt like the whole start the movie in the car driving.....it felt more along the lines of a part 2 because of that. and the ending.....left it wide open for more cheap sequels that will more than likely go directly to DVD.

A well written movie that had a nice pace. It had a real feel to it, like this is how it would happen if it did happen. I was pleasantly surprised by how good a movie it was. Not sure why other reviewers are referring to horror and the lack of zombies when this seems to be more a character sketch and drama than a horror movie. Go figure.

The stuff about the virus and how it spread seemed like a bit of a plot hole and didn't make sense.

Could be seen as a teenage version of "The Road", as four friends try to get to the coast after a virus wipes out most of the population. It keeps the horror to a minimum and instead works as a well crafted character study. the only downside is the annoying performance by Chris Pine

Interesting tale of survival!

This movie deserved so much more than what it got.

Although you can tell it didn't have a big budget they made a great movie with what they had. I was happily surprised while watching this and seeing unexpected turns. The suspense is very good and although some scenes are cliche the overall film is very good. You can pick apart every film to find its flaws and if youre going to do that then don't watch this movie but if you want something good to watch and not look for the finer details this movie is very good in my opinion.

gro√?artiger seuchen-/virusfilm! spannend, kurzweilig, atmosph√§risch dicht, traurig, konsequent, sch√∂n gefilmt und gut gespielt.

needed a better ending

Yet another infection/end of the human race movie...
February 8, 2010
Surprisingly decent movie with a good cast. Definitely wouldn't want to get infected. Just imagine having nowhere safe to go and everyone you care about is dead. That is the basic premise.

This movie is so freaking stupid.

Highly unoriginal and meandering post-apocalyptic story. Average with moments of tension.
