Kind of weird and sad. Misuzu's carrying a course; well, somehow she's like an incarnation of Kana a semi-angel kind of being. she can't love, doing it means a painful and slow death. She puts everything aside and don't care how much pain she's going through, she carries on to love those ones around her till the very end and in the process dying in a painful slow agony. It basically tells you, you only have one life to live, and whether you're in pain, feeling lost, unaccomplished, dying like Misuzu none of that matter, don't put those things for excuse to not keep fighting, to do better, to enjoy every second you have breathing, to go farther than your own strengths allow you to.

it's better than the TV adaptation by a country mile, but the plot of this classic visual novel still doesn't translate well to non-interactive media, no matter what the fangirls say

interesting use of white canvas to create glare and vivid flowing animated "wind" from all the blowing leaves/petals/anything-you-can-find. i wish it had loads more character development in this parallel tales that blur the line (and viewers) between tragic myth & hapless life.
