Starring Time magazines acclaimed art critic Robert Hughes, this fourth segment in the American Visions series deals with the historical art contribution to the American landscape during the Industrial Age. As the immigrant population began to emerge, they reached back to their European roots and brought forth a foreign influence into the realm of new age art. With wealthy benefactors, the artisans of this time were able to broaden their horizons towards defining what would be the tapestry of the American art movement.
