Execution-lacking, but with good ideas. It's nice to see Roddy McDowell stretch his acting legs a bit though.

This movie takes the Golem from the 20s movies and puts him in a museum where he is found by Roddy McDowall's character who brings him to life and wreaks havoc. I loved it.

Roddy McDowall takes a decent pass at some Norman Bates area of material as an unhinged young assistant curator of a museum who lives with his mother's corpse. Things get dramatically more unhinged when he realizes that the Golem in the museum is obeying his whims, building to a somewhat ridiculous climax.
