Ambre M @RT51892797 Aug 31, 2026 ⚠️Spoiler The film was good even though sometimes I felt like some storylines were cut short. Like, they are supposed to have a group story line and a personal one. But some are more developed than others, and one doesn't even exist. - Ben has Skylar, then finds MJ and the lyrics for the song. - Chris meets his father back in the day, which helps him in the future for their relationship considering his music career. - Oliver falls in love in the past even if we don't really know what happens to her after and what happens to the picture she took of him in the past. - Matteo doesn't really have anything in the past but has a girl he likes in the present. - But Jonas, apart being from 5G, nothing in the past nor the present. He has the story of a side character while being supposedly a main one. They could have given him at least an introspection. The entire film is based on each realising something about their life, but Jonas is just there to say "don't mess with the past". The story follows a group called the Elevator Boys, who find themselves transported back to the 1990s and use the experience as an opportunity to rediscover themselves and create a new song. It is a fun concept that gives the movie a cheesy, nostalgic 90s feel. I thought the film was decent overall, although I wouldn’t say I loved it. The movie does a good job embracing its throwback style, and I appreciated how it leaned into that era instead of trying to make everything feel modern. It gave the story a fun identity and made the time-travel element work. My biggest disappointment was the final song. I wanted that moment to feel huge, exciting, and unforgettable, but instead it felt too slow and underwhelming. This should have been the big "wow" moment that brought everything together, and unfortunately, it didn’t have enough energy for me. That said, I did enjoy discovering the Elevator Boys through the film, m See more RS O @MR.UNKWN Aug 23, 2026 i can't ever imagine someone spent money to make this potato !!! waste of time See more Sasha B @RT39676936 Aug 23, 2026 First of all, congrats to everyone who worked on this wonderful movie! Now for my review: I really enjoyed watching this movie. I saw it the night it came out. I love how it's written. There are no plot holes or things that make no sense. The acting was chef's kiss; everyone was so good! The cinematography was beautiful and so 90s. With that ending, I need a second movie. I hope it gets picked back up because that ending—🫣🫣 I'm sat!
