This was a fun horror movie to watch. It never exceeded its boundaries. It was never too scary, too sexy, too funny, or too gory. The acting was okay. The script was decent and so was the direction.

i like this film- (Dave franco-Joe Dinicol) not good ending and has plot holes but intresting and always active-all the time.

Nasty--that is the word that comes to mind with Bad Meat, a film that starts off like a typical "bad kids" go to camp horror movie but soon devolves in a raunchy, gross-out horror film that is never scary or suspenseful but certainly filled with fucking, farting, and puking to a point that you may just finally say "no thanks" if you have any decency, which yours truly, of course, does not.

Utter bobbins. First half of the movie title is the best description this movie will ever get.

The ending is horrible, and abrupt, just like all reviewers who've seen have stated. Had production not ended so abruptly due to financial issues this might have been a decent horror film. But as the movie is, it leaves a lot of unanswered questions!

A juvenile camp out in the middle of nowhere becomes the focal point of a beef stew of vomitorium goodies. Spewed from the stomachs of a group of horror fans, this little tale could have had enough spices if it weren't so damn stale. There's no flavor in this stew. Not one bit. Dip in a biscuit and you may find it tolerable, but it wouldn't be meaty enough to enjoy. You want to dig in. Eat it up. Then go out back and upchuck it into the left over basket for tomorrow's meal. :)

A group of juvies with stereotypical personas are shoved into the lower intestine of a juvenile camp. The camp counselors are made up of deranged types. All of whom being led by a Hitler enthusists with a bad haircut. After a bad shipment of meat is sent to the camp, it's cooked and served to the counselors who devour the goodies. The juvies aren't meant to partake in the stew since they're only there to be tortured and humiliated by the sicko counselors. This time they truly are sick as the bad meat takes effect. It's not a stomach ache they're spewing up, but the remnants of a foreboding parasite that has them turned into mindless zombies!

The director of 'Wrong Turn' was meant to helm this project until dropping out of it for god knows what. The editing also screwed the screenwriter of the film which created an incoherent story from what was originally written. (The most disappointing thing in this whole fucking mess was the editing.) Also you have a strictly unfinished product that takes forever to get off the ground. It shouldn't have taken so long for the action to commence once the counselors have upchucked their dinners. They should have been immediately seeking out the juvies for lunch or breakfast or second dinner.

There isn't much scares in this film either. Unless you consider watching people almost vomit to be scary. (Throwing up is a VERY scary thing when it's happening to YOU!) It is certainly gory with one scene being the ultimate kicker where a dog is being operated on by one of the juvies exposing it's heart, intestines and even removing it's skull. Other than that, best be prepared to have your gag reflex tested while watching! :D

A lot of problems when filming the movie, this is the end result.

Was it meaty? No. Was it bad? Yes; yes it was.

It was compelling enough for me to watch it until the end. But the ending was a little obscure. Not sure how people got to where they ended up. Not sure exactly what happened to the 10 minute block. I had to rewind my DVD to make sure it wasn't a glitch - but someone pulled the plug on this one. Unless they accidentally deleted the scene before the ending ~ when they weren't suppose to. I checked the main menu for deleted secenes ~ ofcourse there weren't any. It was like a really good high school project, but mom and dad walked in and the producers were sent to bed. :(
