This family film is strictly for the kids. Adults will find it predictable and very routine. Meg Tilly's over the top character is just too much. Dean Cain gives a likeable performance though. Nice Toronto locations.
Um, since my mom is into dog movies we decided what the heck and watched it. Lets just say it was horrible. absolutely ridcidously stupid and utterly a lamest low budget film that doesn't deserve to be recognized. Sorry didn't like it folks
