Critic Reviews for Be With You (Ji-geum Man-na-leo Gab-ni-da)

All Critics (4)

  • The movie delves into the ways in which love is a conscious decision, even if we don't realize it. Soo-ah's presence looms largely over Woo-jin and Ji-ho even in death, because they allow her to.

  • The film is very predictable... But most of the jokes are harmless and cute, even when they don't really work, and the heartfelt moments are strong.

  • Be With You is a missed opportunity to be something great. It's not a terrible movie by any means, it just feels like a lot of remakes nowadays: unnecessary.

  • By the time it reaches the final act, you'd probably already become a soggy mess, but there's no shame in that as the people around you will definitely be sniffling too.
