It was supposed to be an easy assignment, but then Oi-Fong and Chi-Tan rescued Wai, a man they soon learn works as an accountant for Tin, a powerful drug trafficker. As the two police officers prepare their case against Tin, they realize that he may strike back against his former accountant by going after Wai's daughter Kwan-Kwan, who is about to compete in the upcoming "Miss Youth" pageant. In order to keep a close tab on Kwan-Kwan, Oi-Fong decides to go undercover as a contestant. Later, as Tin's henchmen close in for the kill, Oi-Fong realizes that her first assignment as a police officer could also very well be her last, and vows to protect the young girl at any cost.
