They want to be a Guru, sell a book, get a research grant, etc. After 15 minutes of listening to this I got a bit nauseated and I was done. One of the "experts" on health - looked fat, unhealthy and ragged with a double chin. I think I made my point. See more Feb 27, 2022 Disjointed film. Contains little substance and little to take away. No idea why these people were selected for interviews. None are experts. Best part of watching this on video or streaming is the ability to fast forward through the silliness. The fawning so-called 'critic review' isn't well written either. Some of the interviews seemed interesting though. Contradictory "feel good" information presented with little to no actual data. This is "The Room" of health documentaries. They proved nothing, didn't use credible sources, shared various unscientific anecdotes, and switched from random interview to random interview every couple of minutes.
