As a young boy Johnny (D'Angelo Midili) witnessed the violent murder of his entire family, twenty years later he discovers the information he needs to take revenge, and makes it his mission to ensure that justice is served. His parents and older sister slain in a brutal home invasion, Johnny is adopted by a local crime boss. There, he grows up surrounded by the scum of the city. Over time, Johnny enters into a life of crime, too. Then, one day, while watching a poker game between the men who work for his father, Johnny learns the identity of the people responsible for killing the only people he ever loved. Over the next twenty four hours, the wheels start turning in Johnny's mind. Now, the time has come for revenge. After picking up his adoptive father from prison, Johnny enlists the aid of his best friend, a dyed in the wool stoner. As the plan is set into motion, Johnny crosses paths notorious serial killers Jack (Jason Adkins) and Jill (Darlene Sellers), and comes into contact with a colorful array of characters whose paths are all about to cross in one shocking act of carnage.
