Honestly it's somehow even worse than the first Bloodrayne film. Though it does hold the series' first bearable performance in Zack Ward.
Awful writing, dreadful acting and Uwe Boll is a true douche bag.
Photography stands out well in this film making for a visual that is pleasing and full of detailed surprises. The script is however next to useless in any kind of stature and would only be relevant to children, maybe. The vocal sound of the actors has been skimped and is not full of depth as one would expect from a quality production. As such film fails dismally. Nibbles: Grilled Chicken Drumsticks.
Another so bad its fun film from Uwe Boll.
Just as terrible as the first one.
If you have a choice between consuming shards of hot glass as a suppository or seeing this movie, choose the former. It's far less painful.
Saying that this is better than the first movie is not a compliment. This is still a terrible piece of garbage. It's slightly more cohesive than the first movie. Slightly. Not much. The characters are still one-dimensional and the plot is overly simplistic, with a pretty laughable villain. Again, terrible writing and dialogue, no character motivations, and some really bad acting. But by now if you're watching an Uwe Boll film, you know exactly what you're going to be getting. That still doesn't prepare you for how bad these movies truly are.
tiring, pitiful, and sad. What is worse is that they used silver bullets to kill vampires. That completely goes against the vampire stories. Silver bullets only works on werewolves. Get it right people.
I enjoyed the film for perverse reasons. Objectively, however, the film was a complete mess - somehow, it seems as Uwe Boll's career goes on he becomes an even worse director.
And the winner of "WORST MOVIE I'VE EVER SEEN" goes to...
