This movie makes absolutely no sense on any level whatsoever. I can't tell you what it's about because... well... it literally has no plot. There is nothing that drives the story along. It's just one random fight sequence after another.
That said, it's actually very funny in a very unintentional sort of way. Kind of like "The Room" or "Troll 2", but it honestly makes less narrative sense than either of those movies. It's probably just as entertaining, though.
Ok, so Sonny Chiba always plays fucked up characters. He's the ultimate bad ass good guy. Not the greatest martial arts flick, I'm not a real big fan of Karate because its power lies in how slow the movements are. It's worth watching for the Number Game scene.
