Movie Info

When troubled, cynical teen Rick (Jeremy London) chooses service at a camp for the blind over serving time at a correctional facility, he thinks he's found the easy way out. Instead, it's the way to a new life. Friendship. Step by step, as Rick helps a blinded Gymnast rediscover the joys of competition through equestrian show jumping, they begin to take control of the most important journey of all... a journey called life.

Audience Reviews for Breaking Free (A Leap of Faith)

If you've actually seen this movie (which you probably haven't), you'll know it's extremely dragged out. It's like it has 6 or 7 little mini-plots and they just blended them together. Rick serves at a camp for the blind and meets a hot 90's chick: end of story. BUT THEN the girl is troubled because she's blind but that's okay because he makes her feel better; the end. NOT YET: She wants to train in a horse-jumping contest; she is disqualified but that's okay because she did her best. BUT THEN THE RANCHER WANTS TO PUT DOWN HER HORSE... And don't even mention Billy... I didn't expect this movie to be great or anything, but I'm just talking about it like I would any other movie. Also, on an unrelated note, Jeremy and Jason London are the biggest queers to ever be in any movie ever.
