Aze D @Azediver Jan 6 This is a basic post apocalypse movie. It thought there would be some good claustrophobic cave action but it moved to standard surface action. The "monsters" had an interesting look. I could not tell if they were rotting or wearing faces like the whisperers in the WD. Slightly below average production value and acting. For a lower budget film the acting was pretty good. If you are a post apocalyptic junkie like me it's definefitly worth a watch. See more 08/15/2022 The early sci-fi trappings thinly masking the opening quickly fall away to reveal a crappy 2 hour episode of The Walking Dead. It's as if the screenwriter/director was watching an AMC marathon, fell asleep on the couch, had a nightmare, woke up and typed this slow, derivative script which doesn't make a lick of sense. The low budget digital effects don't look too awful, and they try hard with their passionate tv acting within countless derelict "post apocalyptic" buildings (Brandon Auret gives a standout performance), but nothing makes up for the stale glut of tired nonsense.
