Audience Reviews for Bruce Li in New Guinea

Okay, so most Bruce Li films are pretty standard kung fu films. Sometimes they can be entertaining and have moments that stand out but for the most part, they can be pretty tedious to watch, especially if you're expecting a story out of them. Bruce Lee in New Guinea is no different. Granted there is a story in this one as well with subplots and so forth, but its so far fetched and the action and comic relief is so distracting that honestly I could care less about the story. There's pretty good fight sequences in that they are pretty consecutive. The film pretty much loses you after the midpoint and you know that Bruce is going to beat the bad guy and everything is going to be a-okay so there's no real shock to the ending. Granted if you are a fan of Asian cinema or kung fu films, then I'd recommend it loosely but if you are just a casual observer of film, I'd hand you a pink slip and recommend a pass.
