Saw many of these films in the 1970s and find them still relevant and, more importantly, still highly human. This retrospective flew by -- loved the stories Lumet told of his childhood, the arc of his career, and the detail of his many movies. Well worth a watch. If you are like me, viewing this film will send you back to see all Lumet's work again.
great film, learned so much about Lumet, his craft and philosophy. Lots of clips from his movie but they all flow together to get at bigger points. He is such a great storyteller. Loved it!
