Cool movie, but way too slow!!
Like "The Story of the Weeping Camel," the climax is a little silly, but who cares? The story is beautiful, the cinematography is exquisite, the acting could not be more realistic.
seamlessly didactic for a humankind that needs to learn so much more.

A simple, beautiful, and engrossing film.
Truly endearing, that's all I need to say.
Very adorable documentry/story of a family and a dog found, while living off the land.
I appreciate this film. The children act very naturally. Nothing much happens, then again it's more to true life that way. Hmmm....i like the scenery.....But in truth, although this was 'different' i didn't enjoy it much.
It needed more of a story to be involving. Watch the trailer instead!
Beautiful picture of the life of nomads in Mongolia. You don't need special effects of complicated plots to make a story.
Slightly corny, slow moving film set in idyllic surrounds. No doubt romanticising their lifestyle, it is nice escapism, in the vein of To Be & To Have, or Not One Less.
