Audience Reviews for Challenge to Lassie

I really hate the whole Lassie franchise but it's not made for me. It's made for people that want something family friendly and unbelievably sappy. Seriously, it's a dog... how do you get sad by projecting non-existing human emotions onto it? So, I tried my best and gave it my most unbiased attention. If you're going for family friendly and unbelievably sappy, you'll love this movie. Of course there are plot holes and the humans don't act the way real humans would in the same situation (not to mention the dog which doesn't act like a real dog throughout the whole movie). But, I guess if I had to dump some kid infront of the tv for a few hours, this would be an acceptable movie for them to stare at.
