Four bachelors, Raja, Sudhakar, Raghava and Boondi, are desperate to find a house after being chucked out as tenants from Gorojanala Garudachalam's apartment. No one is willing to give an apartment to them because they are bachelors. When they manage to find a place where the landlady insists on having a family as tenants, Raja dresses up as a woman and pretends to be Sudhakar's wife, while Boondi and Raghava disguise themselves as his father and disabled brother.
