loved the costumes and the visual effects.
Directed in an excellent way by Kenneth Branagh, written in an organized and very competent way by Chris Weitz and with a soundtrack made wonderfully by Patrick Doyle, impeccable visual effects, exceptional costume design, great production design and incredible performances by Lily James, Cate Blanchett, Richard Madden and Helena Bonham Carter, Cinderella is a simply beautiful film and another Disney hit in live-actions
One of the, if not the, best live-action Disney remakes of a classic tale. I am in love with Lily James's elegant portrayal of Cinderella, as well as the rest of the cast. This movie, unlike the 1950 classic, gives us more information and character development about the prince as well as Cinderella's step-family. The costume design is breathtaking and fresh, and the script is well-written. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a fun but not too silly movie.
A great remake from Disney! Kenneth Branagh was a fine choice as director. The performances of James, Blanchett, Skarsgard, Madden, Bonham Carter and Jacobi are wonderful. Patrick Doyle's score, Haris Zambarloukus's beautiful cinematography, costumes, sets, and editing are wonderful! Just a very great remake!
The most perfect live action remake.
Even the it doesn't have the classic songs of the original this film completely captures the magic of the Disney fairytale.
The film proves you don't need to force the female empowerment to make it appealing to modern audiences.
The only thing they added was a meeting between Ella and the prince before the dance and that she didn't know first he was the prince.
But other than that the story it's totally faithful to the animated movie and because of this the Disney magic flows.
A bit to dull at some points and I wish more songs had been included. Still, a charming and entertaining movie though.
Riguardandolo dopo un pò di tempo mi è piaciuto ancora di più. Finora l'unico live action valido della Disney.
Horrorizó movie. It is the most simple live action Disney film I have ever seen. ð¤ (R)
Not terrible but boring. It misses the best parts from the original without adding anything new.
This is the best movie.
