Armie Hammer gives a competent performance as a murderous psychopath who believes he can do a better job than the justice system at eliminating dangerous criminals. The problem with this film isn’t so much its merits (or lack thereof), but the fact that it promotes vigilantism, revenge, and justice in the hands of just anyone. I can’t imagine what would happen if everyone were running through the streets, a gun in hand, shooting anyone they didn’t like. It would be anarchy! This movie is dangerous. I understand why Germany banned it from theaters and streaming services. Except that you can find it everywhere right now, even in Germany. See more Anna-Lisa C @annalisachristiane 2d Great concept.
