Audience Reviews for Clerks: The Lost Scene

This so-called lost scene from Clerks is really just a new animated segment, in the style of the "Clerks" cartoon. I don't think I buy that this scene is exactly as it was written when "Clerks" was originally made. I don't doubt that there was a scene in the funeral home, I just think Smith re-wrote it to sort of throw in more references to things like "Chasing Amy". It is a somewhat awkward little scene, but kind of fun for fans of the film and the animated series.

The Lost Scene strings together the whole "New Jersey Trilogy" all into one scene while providing the same entertainment and laughs you'd expect from Clerks.

Great short film, love the tie-ins to Mallrats and Clerks.
