Cosmic Princess Kaguya is tremendous for the first 90 minutes. Possessed by frenetic, electrified visuals and heartfelt emotional beats, it’s not a miss, but it’s a shame it comes close to being one.

Films that have a modernized fairy tale theme definitely try to grab the attention of viewers. People can easily get bored, but that won’t happen with this movie. This film shows a special event that took place in Japan. By adding virtual reality and pop idols to the mix, the story of the bamboo princess stays exciting and interesting.

Comsic Princess Kaguya takes japanese folklore and implies it into a modern futuristic world with lots of passion, well written characters and a sweet storyline with a brave plot. Not everyone will like it definitely but you SHOULD watch it!! 10/10

This was ABSOLUTE CINEMA!!! I've heard this movie since November 2025. My two brothers, Ray Frosty (The FNF-content guy), enjoyed this movie on January. I watched it on winter break. and for Mel K. Goldfurr 's opinion (Who just uploaded a new YouTube video), wwwwweeeeeeellllllllllll. Iiiii guess he kinda also enjoyed it. He half watched it. But I'm just going to assume Mel spotted some scenes that were considered "cringe". But I don't think they aren't any cringe scenes. It's just musical-focused. Oh yeah. It also includes 11 mild profanities. (Yes I counted.) And for my opinion, it was PEAK! It also has some Hatsume Miku songs I'm not aware of. Kinda. The animation and the visuals is UNEXPECTEDLY OUTSTANDING!!!!! ALREADY THE BEST ANIME MOVIES EVER!!! The (English Dub) Voice Actors did an AMAZING JOB!!!!! For the OST (I'm not talking about the songs), I'm not trying to be mean to Conisch, but I think it fits perfect with the John Debney music style for it. Sooo yeah :D
